A 1978 building with 10 flats became a new block with 14 flats and a shop.
Two streets from the sea in Bostanlı, Çınar Apartments reached agreement with us unanimously among its ten owners after the 2022 risky-building decision. The seven-storey new block keeps the scale of the street, with deep timber-clad balconies and a daylit shared stair. Owners walked the site on the first Saturday of every month.
