Process photo story
What the street sees, step by step
Representative photos from different projects. We only show a before/after slider when we have licensed photos of the same building; we never use montages.

01 · First meeting
We listen to the owners and learn the building’s story.

02 · Survey
Measured survey, ground and risk report.

03 · Design
Each owner’s preferences become drawings.

04 · Demolition
Controlled demolition after an asbestos survey.

05 · Foundation
Raft foundation; inspection before every pour.

06 · Frame
The frame rises floor by floor; monthly reports.

07 · Facade
Scaffolding, walls, windows and insulation.

08 · Finished
A new building in tune with its street.

09 · Keys
Handover with a checklist, then title deeds.
Is the preliminary assessment paid?
No. The first assessment, online or at our office, and the first owners’ meeting presentation are free.
Who carries out the risk assessment?
Firms licensed by the ministry. Owners choose the firm; we guide the application and paperwork.
How long does the process take?
It depends on the building and its owners. From agreement to occupancy most of our projects took 24 to 34 months; the exact schedule goes into the contract.
