About us
Three generations, one city, the same care

Ermizan Yapı began in 1971 in Hüseyin Ermizan’s small stone workshop in Karşıyaka. The care of a master who laid stone walls, slaked his own lime and made window sashes by hand remains the measure of the company the third generation runs today.
We are not a large contractor; we run at most six sites at a time. That way a family member is at the table on every project and our own craftspeople are on every site. In urban renewal, restoration, interiors and turnkey villas we value being a single point of contact, giving a written schedule and keeping our word.

Today
Six sites, one workshop, three offices; the six-projects-at-a-time rule still holds.

Measure
We read a building before we touch it: survey, material, the people who live in it.
Make
Our own craftspeople do the stone, lime and timber work; we do not subcontract care.
Maintain
Two years of on-site service, then a phone call every autumn.
