We repair stone, timber and lime plaster with faithful methods and bring today’s comfort to old buildings.
From our grandfather Hüseyin Usta’s stone workshop to today, restoration has been a family craft. From survey and restitution drawings to conservation board approval, from repointing rubble walls to lime plaster and timber joinery repair, we do the work with our own craftspeople.

How much can be changed in a listed building?
The conservation board decides. We make sure the design file is complete and that the work follows the approved drawings exactly.
Why is lime plaster different from modern paint?
Lime breathes and lets moisture in stone walls escape. Cement-based render traps moisture and damages stone over time.
