A late-19th-century townhouse with a bay front and carved stonework, being restored as a boutique office.
Under a restoration design approved by the conservation board, every carved stone ornament on the facade was documented; missing pieces will be hand-carved from the same stone. Inside, the timber floors and ceiling roses are kept; services run through the void beneath the floor.
