A new 10-flat block replacing an old 8-flat building within walking distance of the campus.
At Erzene 24 the controlled demolition of the old building finished in April 2025. After the soil survey a raft foundation was chosen; the frame was completed in March 2026. Facade and internal walls are now under way. Owners follow the site diary on this page and in monthly reports.
